MASON FIRECRACKERS
The Firecracker Cluster is pleased to announce that we are inviting all to our all cluster ride on Saturday August 6, 2011 at 7:30 am. This ride will be between 25 and 40 miles with hills of moderate difficulty.
Our cluster party will start at 5:00 pm. Meal and drinks will be provided but please bring a side dish. Directions are provided below.

GEOGRAPHIC AREA
The Mason Firecracker group membership is from a wide area of the northeast side of the greater Cincinnati area. Rides generally start near the Peter’s Cartridge Factory near King’s Island. Wednesday evening rides are generally north to the Oregonia area, as the roads are lightly traveled. Weekend adventure rides can be anywhere.
RIDES
No one is left behind on our group rides. Our group rides continue as long as light and weather conditions allow for safe riding. We will ride in the winter months, if the weather allows comfortable riding. Rides are generally organized by an email to the members of our group when conditions are acceptable. Our weekend adventure rides are on varied routes to keep things fresh.
EVENING RIDES
Our evening rides start at the Peter’s Cartridge Factory near King’s Island.
Monday evening rides are lead by Jim Thiry, and are geared for beginning female riders. They are scheduled by email.
Wednesday evening rides start at 5:30 pm from the Peter’s Cartridge Factory. This ride is generally 30 to 35 miles in length.
WEEKEND SAFARIS
Saturday morning rides are generally at 7:30 am start times, but that varies on light and weather conditions. This ride is arranged by email. This is the club adventure ride, with numerous routes and destinations that vary weekly. Generally, the ride is between 45 and 50 miles. Destinations in 2008 have included Clarksville, Waynesville, Blanchester, Oregonia, Midland, and Newtonsville.
OFF SEASON ACTIVITIES
As mentioned above, we continue weekend rides through the winter months if weather and road conditions allow safe and comfortable riding.
