Frosted Flakes 30 mile loop from Boone County's Central Park

This route has 3 major climbs. Climb's one and two are in the first 8.9 miles of the ride. They are followed by a stop at the famous Rabbit hash General Store and 14.7 miles of nearly flat river bottom farm land and beautiful scenery. At mile 23.6 is the last major climb, Big Bone Hill.

Boone County's Central Park is located on Camp Ernst Road 9.2 miles off I-275 west exit 8B. That's the Hebron/Ky 237 south exit. Make no turns after exiting, the park is a straight shot from the exit.
