All Club Picnic

Calling All Club Members

You are cordially invited to the Annual All-Club Picnic, sponsored by the Hyde Park – Oakley Cluster. Given the overwhelming success of last year’s picnic, where we had over 100 members attend, we will be repeating the same format this year. That is we will be combining the All-Club Picnic with one of the more popular club rides, the Tour de Sunday.

Please note: While anyone can ride the Tour de Sunday only club members may attend the picnic

Details

When: Sunday, June 2, 2013 (Ride starts 9:00AM, Grill starts at approximately 12 noon or when riders return)

Where: Lunken Airport Spirit of 76 Shelter, 4750 Playfield Lane, Cincinnati, OH 45226

Picnic Fixins and Pot Luck

The CLUB will provide: Hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, baked beans, soda, paper products and ants.

YOU will provide: Your favorite appetizer, side dish or dessert.

Annual DESSERT COMPETITION: Bring your favorite dessert, and the club votes on the one they like the best. Winner gets a free 2014 Club membership.

About the Ride

Details about the Tour de Sunday ride will be announced separately.

Additionally, other clusters may plan rides TO the picnic, so please check the ride calendar on the club’s website at www.cincinnaticycleclub.org to see which clusters are offering rides. These rides will all be designed to get you to the picnic in time to eat.
