Ride Calendar - Event View

This is one or our favorite routes designed by Ray Graybill. Explore Indiana low traffic roads that curve along Laughery Creek. There is one notable hill. No restroom facilities at the start. We will be stopping at at mile 20 to break, eat, rest and get more fluids at the Fairview Grocery.

The way back will take us through park like roads as we wind along the creek. Most of the roads in this route are newly paved or paved in the last 3 years.

Ride pace will be casual to 14 mph. Heat may affect the speed.

The weather is expected to be hot and humid. You will need plenty of fluids and have experienced riding in the heat.

40 miles with a 1700 ascent. Meet at the Tripple Whipple Bridge in Aurora, Indiana.
