Date and Time: Thursdays - Rolling at 5:30PM

Route sent weekly via club e-mail list.

A group: 18.5 to 20 mph average running 23+ on the flats - depending on ride leader availability

B group: 17 to 18.5 mph average running 20+ on the flats

Start Location: Monroe Crossings Park, 6307 Crossings Blvd

Ride Leaders: Pat Henry, Kelley Gentner, Kevin Bates, Paa Kwesi Owusu, Scott Whitford, Scott Wolfe, Joe Sarley, Aaron Goldsholl

Helmet is required.

Headlight and taillight are recommended.
